Default Just an intro
Hey guys just sayin what's up. I'm a new ranger owner... Picked up a 99 ranger 2wd 5 speed m/t 2.5l with 133K recently from a 89 year old woman doing some yard work for her.. All n all about 6 hours worth of work.. Truck sat for over a year n a half, wasn't running.. Drained out the old fuel & charged the battery' Replaced fuel pump,fuel filter,injectors,oil change, coolant flush upper radiator hose,serp belt, plugs,wires(pain in the ass on the intake manifold side... Lol), clean and adjusted the rear brakes and did a pad slap ip front. Amongst a few cosmetics and random little fixes like window regs, and seat tracks... Needless to say the truck runs like a effin sewing machine.. Smooth as hell. Gotta love the bone yards. I love pick n pull style places, especially for this truck they're dime a dozen! Anyways I'm not sure if I post pics in this thread or not , but am looking for some 7x15 rims and possibly tires I live in the Seattle area thank you all and I look forward to contributing mechanical knowledge and learning new stuff too!!
