Hey i bought a 02 ford ranger edge 5speed automatic 2WD it's factory lifted I was wondering if i should lift it more or lower it to the ground

Do whatever you want. It's your truck. Just research it and look around to figure out what all you have to do and what you have to be prepared for

No problem man, it's better to research what you want and actually look for it than just blindly post things like some have on here. There's plenty of posts and things on here that will lead you in the direction you want to go

It all depends what you want to use your truck for.

^^^ Lifting or lowering could both be for looks, lifting could also be used to better ground clearance for offroading. Don't know much about lowering but a few people have done it. Since yours is already factory lifted, it would be easier to put bigger tires on it

One of the easiest and best thing to do is put a system in. I have a kenwood head unit with AUX plug in. And 2 12" subs and a probox and it makes long drives a lot better

Lowering isn't as "easy" on your truck since you have torsion bars up front. Look up Torsion Key flips and see if that helps you.
