Default Never Thought I would be on a Ford forum

As a life long GM lover, I never thought I would ever be on a Ford forum. I tried to talk my daughter out of buying a 2009 Ford Ranger, however in the couple of years she has had it, it seems not to be too bad a vehicle. Not my kind of drive, nevertheless she likes it. Looks like I have to do a brake job on it this weekend and just came on to look up some information. Thanks to whomever posted about replacing the front pads...seems like a piece of cake. Nice site. Thanks for all of the other info I learned from looking around. Oh, and after the first few months she owned the Ford, I finally let her park it in the driveway, and not on the street. I guess I will have to allow it in the garage for the brake job.
Just kidding folks. No shorts in a knot please.

Welcome to the site!

I used to buy those GM's long ago, before changing brands. One thing about them, the parts are always very abundant and very cheap to buy. Worse yet, I was even at a Chebby dealer yesterday.
