this sounds like a good idea but if u want a good way to train yourself to do this, get a plastic cup with about a quarter inch to a half inch of water in it and put it on the center hump of the truck. Drive around making sure it stays in the same place and doesn't spill. Ive had the same cup in my ranger for 2 weeks before I put it in the shop. 16.8 mpg all city
