Default josh from texas

i got my ranger several months ago when gas was almost 4 dollars a gallon. i got a 88 supercab ranger with a 2.3l I-4cyl 5-speed Mazda trans. i payed 70 dollars for it as it was. i found it sitting in a back yard with the bed full of trash a flat tire and wasp overrunning the engine compartment. i turned the key once with a hot battery and it fired up it knocked and the shifter was so loose you could hardly shift.(thats why it was so cheap) i pulled the oil pan nothing wrong except it all looked brand new. pulled the head and found .30 over pistons and crosshatching still fresh on the cylinders. the cam was trashed that was the sound 300 dollars l8ter and its on the rd and now i have 800 in including mods its on cardomain Ranger Super Cab XLT: Dragon_Reaper's 1988 Ford Ranger - Conroe, Texas

Dang dude, I agree with Tom, Killer deal. You'll have to show it off some time, noticing you are in Texas. I started a thread on "Off Topic" named "Truck Meet (Texas)" and am trying to get Ranger owners of Texas to meet up at a central location. One member suggested Bone Daddy's in North Austin. If you interested, post a response.
