All, Thanks for this site. It will be a real joy to exchange thoughts and ideas about issues on the 1995 Ford Ranger 4X4 that I own. It has 135,000 miles on it. Runs smooth and rides great. Just have a problem that popped up I would like help with. The blower all of a sudden just stopped working. Last fall I installed a new resistor and pigtail becasue the old one had rusted out. No problems since. But got in it 2 mornings ago, started it up, and the blower was not working. I checked for voltage at the blower motor connector, None there. I check for voltage at the 3 speed switch on the dash. None there. I checked the 40 amp fuse in the power distribution box under the hood. Unfortunately I found no power getting to that fuse. So, any ideas about whewre the problem might be. My starter key tumbler mechanism will continue to ding after the key is removed if you do not jiggle the tumbler a little to center position. Everything else on the power distribution box (I checked for voltage at the other fuses on that side, even the 50amp ignition fuse). All are getting power except that one 40 amp fuse. Can anyone help with that problem. I will be posting a photo soon. Some nice lookin' Rangers out there. Anybody got any ideas.
Thanks!!!
