Well out of curiosity I found out that the same platform for the mustang was a lot like the one for the Lincoln ls, so if is the case, would the Lincoln ls dash fit into a ranger like a mustang dash? The Lincoln's looks much better.

yeah, measure the width, and then the shape across the windshield. those would be the two biggest factors. then you have to look into wiring, hvac, etc.
