Hello everyone. I was at the junkyard today and I saw 2004-2005 looking Ranger that was sitting in the back. I looked in and saw there were 2 hideaway jump seats in there, and it was a 2-door Ranger. I didn't know 2-doors had an option for jump seats. It still had all the trim too. I looked on the door jam and saw it was produced late 2003, either Oct or Nov. The interior looked exactly the same as my 2004 Ranger, same steering wheel, same dash, etc.

My question is, should this fit in my 2004 Ranger? I'm unsure when the 2004 Rangers first came out. My inclination is that it will, but I figured is doesn't hurt to ask. I was going to grab it anyway today but I didn't have a big enough Torx to take out the final screw for the seat belt.

Assuming your truck is also a 2 door it should fit.

A Ranger made in October or November, 2003 should be a 2004 model year.

My 2005 Ranger was built in August, 2004.

I picked it up in August, 2005, so it sat on a lot for 1 year, and drove 36 miles during that year, most of that probably from a dealership in Jersey City, NJ to the one that i bought it from in Morristown, NJ (the dealer that I bought it from did a search for it).
