For My 94 Ford Ranger, the Dome light has been getting more and more unreliable. Even when i open the doors theydont light.... maybe must be some problem with the contacts for the bulbs.... i d k. How would you pop that lense off the bezzle with out cracking it? Also the bezzle it self seems be moving all around in the head liner... this problem has finally gotten the better of me.

yea you can take the cover off the dome very easily, just kinda pinch it with your hand and it should pop loose

I just fixed mine.....after the lens is off look up into the center....you will see three phillip head screws. One of them screws thru the circuit board into a power source wire connection. One of the other two screws thru the circuit board to a ground wire. If those connections are loose your cab light will move like you described and it will cause the light to not work or go one when it wants when the door is opened......mine did the same thing....drove me nuts. .....I was fixing my lens and tinkered with mine to see exactly how it worked because it was doing the same thing.....operating intermittently. did it work the pincing cuz my o3 doesnt wanna come off...r u sure pinch it ? witch way, wanna upgrade to led or xenon

There should be a slot/notch for a screwdriver to fit in (usually on the back-side). Find the notch, insert a flat tip screwdriver and GENTLY pry off the cover.

I learned this the hard way, If your screws arnt all the way tightly screwed in you won't get a connection. They all 3 have to be tightly screwed in.
