Default Sluggish Windows

So, the power windows in my 2011 Ranger are a bit sluggish. They don't go up or down smoothly, but rather, they almost jump a couple of inches at a time. The truck only has 15k on it, but I do live in a rather dusty and sandy climate. I took it to the dealership a month or two ago when it was only happening to my passenger window, and they didn't seem to notice anything out of the ordinary. Now it's happening on both, and it's somewhat annoying. I'm assuming it's probably not a serious problem, but it's bugging me.

Has anyone experienced this, or maybe have a solution for me?
