Hey Everybody! Been lurking these forums for quite sometime. In school and want to start modding my ranger. I have an '05 Level II, comes standard with pretty comfortable buckets. I have seen a bunch of console mods, but none of them really tickle my fancy. I would rather not lose my storage or cupholding space, but I also kind of like the idea of being able to put my arm around my girl when we are parked =P. Anyways, I'm really just at the planning stage. That is my preferred course, but I also like the idea of getting rid of the console or getting the 60/40 Bench with hideaway console.

I really like the f150 consoles, but I am pretty sure that wouldn't fit.


But that is basically what I am looking for, What do you guys think?!

what kind of console do you have now...the shorty console or full length?

ah...really there isnt a whole lot of options out there for you....you could custom make one though

I like having the storage, even though it's just a big empty box. It's more the armrest that I don't like. Also the inline cupholders drive me NUTS.

yea the cupholders were a PITA especially with a stick shift lol...couldnt use the front one at all lol

Haha, thankfully I have the auto. But yea, it's still aggravating when you have to take turns drinking with the passenger.

i like the setup in my F150 a lot better...side by side rather than inline

That's pretty good looking, but I still kind of want to do the seat conversion console, if I can.
