Guys, I need help

I really need some help. I'm in the process of swiching seat tracks from a 99 regular cab, to an 02 extended cab seats so they will fit in my regular cab. I've ran into a few problems though.

How do I take the plastic lever off the side of the seats?

Will the spring that moves the back of the seat fit right into the seats from the extended cab sence its connected to the sliders?

I removed the 4 bolts on the bottom that hold the tracks on, and the 2 that hold the seat together where it pivots, but I need to know if I can unbolt the bolt the spring is on, which is connected to the back of the seats. I'm not talking about the spring thats near the floor, I'm talking about the one that moves the back part of the seat. Here are some pics of the regular cab seat and what I have done so far

The main thing I need to know is how to remove the plastic lever on the side of the seat. Any info is useful!

Easy . There is a c clip on it. It's accessible by pushing in the cushion and reach behind it to pull it out with needlenose pliers... Or something with a hook. Push the cushion in behind it and see the clip... You will think of something to remove it with..... Just needs to be pulled out.

Thanks! But how do I put it back on once I'm done? Just reverse the steps?

Yeah.. its a cheap c lock. Easy to remove and put on

Yep, I got the passenger side completed and in the truck, and the drivers side is tomorrows project
