Direct swap. Except you'll need to remove the "L" bracket(what your single panel screw screws into). And possibly drill new holes in the door sheet metal because your mounting screws get relocated.

I think STL did the swap. I know he'll chime in. Hell, he's probably got a how-to posted here for it. I'll take a peek.
EDIT: Nope. Not here. But I swear he's one of the one's who's done the swap for some reason.


I suggest looking for 03+ panels if you've got the dark grey or tan interior. It's got carpeting above your elbow pad. And some of them have a black armrest and others have the normal interior color(tan or grey).

Ya easy swap Like Shane said remove L bracket and you will need to get the little retainer deals off the donor truck. For the grab handle to screw into

Here are the part numbers for the retainers and screws. Ford finally came through
