HI!... Well today I went to the local junk yard and picked up a few things. One of them was a "98" EXPLORER full length center console. Got it complete, plus the rear, and cup holder from another console for $55.00(CAN). When I got home with it, I started to take it apart to clean it up and paint it to match my interior I found a little bonus inside! A Ford 6 disc CD changer. lol! Anyway, here's a few pics of my progress so far :

HI!... Well I finished the install today. I glued the rear console air vents shut so no one would play with them and possibly break them. They are quite fragile. I also made a filler panel for where the HVAC controls were. Here's a few pics :
HI!... Well I swapped out the useless computer center than came with my Explorer center console and got this one with the two "CUBBY" holes.
HI!... I'm using SEM Bumper Coater on the plastic trim pieces. It's a paint/dye. After you spray the 1ST coat on, you can really see it seep into the plastic. I wash all the trim pieces. Then I put them in my sandblasting cabinet and lightly sandblast them to un-glaze the plastic. Then I thoroughly wash the parts in a laundry tub with a scrub brush and a bar of soap, rinsing thoroughly. Then I blow off the parts with compressed air and evaporate any water left with a heat gun. Then simple spray on the SEM Bumper Coater and let dry.
