seat swap issues... HELP

recently i bought some new racing seats for my truck. they come on sliders already and are supposed to just bolt to the factory mounts, but when i tried to take the stock seat out of the stock mount it seemed taht there were pins welded to where bolts go so i cant get the stock seat and slider off. anyone know how to get em off? or at least the seat off??

i'm assuming you have a 98+? if so, you have to disassemble the entire seat. the backrest frame is part of the sliding tracks. you will have to cut the seat apart basically.
