Default Can't figure out what this piece is

I have no idea what this piece is but I know either it or the piece below it needs to be replaced. There is radiator fluid leaking through the metal. There is a visible hole in it and it sprays out not just a dribble. Its the piece that connects the house that runs to the lower radiator hose. Any help would be great.. please and thanks...

That's the temp sensor, but it could also be the thermostat housing that's leaking.
