Ive got a problem with my gas and temp gauge not working on my 97 Mazda B2300. I dont know if its the cluster or something else can someone shine the light on what the problem might be?
Maybe you should put some gas in your truck so it can warm up..
I was just looking at the wiring diagrams. The fuel gauge input and the temp gauge input are on the same connector. Maybe that connectors is working loose?

Install a known good cluster in it's place and see if they work. That would tell you if it's in your truck or in the gauges.
I'll sell you a known good tested cluster for 15.00 + shipping. You can search on the forum and get the same instuctions that I used to remove the gauges from my truck.

Is it a 97? And let me do some research to find the problem for sure.

For sure. They clusters are from 2003 xlts. I just installed one in my 1996. Very simple changes to make them work.

But, if it isnt in the cluster or fuses what else may it be?
It's gotta be the cluster or the wiring to the cluster. I dont see how the fuel and temp sending units could both fail at the same time.
