I just painted mine the other day, it came out great, can't speak for longevity yet. Posting from my phone now so I don't have pics handy, but I have before and after pics I can post tomorrow after work... I used rustoleum fabric and vinyl paint, made for carpets and fabric. Took 2 cans to do my Reg cab. Didn't bother taking the seats out just moved them forward to paint behind and back to paint in front. Very glad I did it, I was also skeptical about spray painting carpet but i recommend it foot carpet only.

I'm also going to redo my headliner soon, with a light color and spray it the same color once its set

here are some pics of the spray paint interior

What I used:

Here you can see the color difference between the old (right) and the new (left)

and finally the finished product, the color is a little bit darker and more even looking in person. my flash blew out a few bits in the last pic.

It takes away from all the bland gray and black. Also, if your looking to shine up vinyl, meguiars makes some awesome interior cleaners/ detailers

I use one of these

On my dash and door panels. Makes it look clean and shiny, but not greasy.

Sent from my iPhone using FRF App
Meguiars is good, but for my money, nothing beats 303 on rubber, plastic and vinyl. It's a little hard to find, but it actually preserves these surface indefinitely, and even restores oxidized or worn surfaces with regular use.

One cheap interior mod you can do is the "mustang dome light". You can get them pretty cheap online or at a junkyard. I got mine for $20 bucks at the junkyard 10 miles from me, and it lights up the interior much better in my opinion.

Here is the link:

I've been looking for some tan interior trucks with some painted white peaces in it, cause that's what I want to do to mine, but I can't find any to see why it looks like. Anyone kno anyone who has done it?
