floor consol made by oregonhighgp
wasn't easy to build but made it anyway,took 4 days make.What do you think ?? I'm not done with it yet.

Honestly?
It looks like crap. You could have had an Explorer full length console for a lot cheaper than you "built" that one for.

it dont look that bad if he tightened up the leather and got a different handle or something it would be better

im making my own soon and im sure it was hard! but you should of fiberglassed it or something...i had one for a few weeks i made like yours covered in...leather? or whatever and it just looks bad..its not tight like a profesional and it doesnt look like it should be in there...in your case you did 1000 times better than i did and it looks pretty good but to get a real nice one i would fiberglass or something

i think its a pretty awesome idea some people just don't like the look of the explorer consoles... and maybe he had most of the materials laying around... great concept man but if it were me i would have tightened up the leather and maybe put a lock on the package slot w/ the handle but thats me... great job otherwise

I was going to do fiberglass,but i'm alergic to the chemicals,and so I could not find a explorer consol around that had a high price on it or it was busted up, materials was laying around so I built it. I'll change the handle on it and tighten the material,do a little more work on it,I wanted a floor consol now I got one for now.

IMO it looks better then anything i could've done. Like you said your not finished with it and i'm sure once it's done it will look way better.

I really like the form, but the covering clashes with the rest of the interior.
Even if you tightened the leather, the rest of the truck is hard plastic and vinyl, i would have just gone the easy way and match with some same colour carpet myself. Love where you placed the key switch (i forget what it controls lol)! Keep up the good work!

design looks good, but the vinyl could be pulled a little tighter. it doesn't look terrible, and thumbs up for going outside the norm and not putting an ex console in. but 4 days? thats nuts!
this is the one in my truck. have about 6 hours in it.

now thats a good looking floor consol, I like shape and form I didn't about two colors,looks dam good. oh I forgot,why it took 4days,case of good beer,2 BQs and some honeydo list that needed done.Must keep the little wife happy.

Looks pretty good. Missing cup holders though
 I plan on having something similar soon.@The guy with the two tone console: Nice, Where did you get cup holder inserts like that? I have been look from some for quite some time.
