Default Water leaking... bad!

Hello, I am fairly new to this site but not new to the Ford Ranger. I Got a 1994 Ext cab with a windowless fiberglass bed-cap. It makes my truck look pretty nice. But here is the problem. The previous owner of the truck (must've bought it new or something) cut out the rear window of the cab and sliced the front section of the bed-cap making the bed of the truck accessable from the inside. But its not all what it is cracked up to be. There is a 1.5 - 2 inch wide boot that seals the two together and its completely torn to shreads. However, minor repairs of RTV have made the rain not drip in so fast...... I also have a moonroof mounted through my headliner that is leaking, too, but i will save that for another thread. Any 1 kno where i can find one these rubber boots? I will post pictures of my interior upon request. Thanks!

Corey

I whish my damn camera wasnt broke.... I will be finding someone with one tonight

Anyways...

Ya he cut it all right. If he did pull out the rear window there would not be bear sheet metal around the edges... right? I dont really know. I will be posting pics tonight. I like it because it increase the interior capacity of my truck by another 4 1/2 -5 feet. I think the purpose of why some one would do something like this is so they could think that it would be like a Bronco or something. I dont know but i like it, and i intend on keeping it that way.

Ya I whish I could do that but the problem is that without the rubber boots flexability, any other attempts of sealing without a flexable rubber seal would just lead to cracking. I would imagine that BedCap and the actuall cab itself doesn't stay in one place all the time while you drive down those godforsaken dirt roads.
