Full length console from an explorer. Just have to make a new boot for your shifter. Or there is the shorty console that came in expys and rangers.

Yeah...I'd run one of those 97 and older armrests too....but I think they look way too old for my '03 interior. Looks way out of place and kinda ugly and I really don't like the way it feels when I lean on a cushy armrest....I sink right it. But hey, it works for you and the vinylwrapped top with the fix it works for me! lol.

Except for the fabric cover (which you can see in the picture of my B2 interior) and having a solid bottom, this one looks like the original. The color is a little different gray, but it is a lot better quality than the original.
The picture is my 86 B2 with part of the new interior installed, the seats came from 2 different 91-92 Explorers, the console and armrest came from a 94 Explorer. The cup/coin holder came from another Ford console.
These are fairly prevalent at wrecking yards, but you may have to do some searching. The 91 Explorer seats are direct bolt-in, the seats through 95? you just have to change the seat rails. My B2 didn't come with a console, so you will have to figure out how to mount it to the floor. screws will work for a while, but due to the stresses, they will loosen up after awhile.

Totally forgotten all about it myself.
UPDATE: I have learned to live with the arm rest console. It just took awhile to get use to it!

Let this thread die now!

Will this fix work on a 2004 Ranger? My armrest shattered a long time ago I kept the armrest and would love to fix it. I miss it lol.

Thanks so much for this post, I have been without my armrest for over a year. I ordered the part Monday night and it arrived today. It took me about 30 min to take it all apart, fix it, then reinstall it. It looks good as new, even better. I am also comfortable again. Thanks for this thread!
