Looks OK, but I dunno. Never had any experience with the non-factory power windows. Pretty dang cheap compared to what I've seen on JC Whitney, which kind of concerns me about the quality.

I don't have any experiance with power windows or locks, but I can tell you this.
It is universal, so that means its likely more than just a bolt on. I would be prepared with metal cutting, and simple metal fabrication skills and tools. And ALOT of patience.

Good luck, I would love to hear about the build.

These are more but they are specific to the ranger

Dont know what year truck you have so I posted both

Ford Ranger Window Kit 1993-2001

Ford Ranger Window Kit 2002-2006

Then this one is the same price as the universal kit you posted

the guy who i bought my truck from installed aftermarket power windows and door locks. the window motors are really noisy and i worry quite often that they might fail on me in the down position leaving my interior at the hands of mother nature... i wouldn't cheap out on it personally.

it looks like this is a similar kit. i have no button for my power locks, basically when one door locks, the other locks, and vice versa. same happens with unlocking. it's a nice convenience though i just worry that the motors are so loud because they're cheap and am paranoid about cheap electronics breaking
