Jumpseat to Storage Conversion...
Whatsup, everyone! Here's the deal. I'm gonna be going to school here in a few weeks, and for storage...I've come up with an idea.
Turn my jumpseats into pull out storage compartments?!?!?
Basically I was thinking about taking the back part of the seat off and fabricating some type of sheet metal or wood container to attach to the "door" of the jumpseat.
Please give me your thoughts, ideas, advice, etc!

Re: Jumpseat to Storage Conversion...
god...that would be sicck
someone did make a storage compartment already on here (not pull out tho)
i THINK it was a white xlt
----------
altho one reason i got my toolbox was so i could get my backpack out without having to open the doors..its very hard to shut both doors when you have no room to move out of the way for the door...fucking school parking lots

A Vol is short for Volunteer. University of Tennessee students are Vols. We have a crazy mascot here, but it's revering to when the southern states called for soldiers to fight in the civil war, and Tennessee sent the most men (or volunteer soldiers).
I know utkranger is a Vol bc UtK is the University of Tennessee-Knoxville

Im working on a phd in social psychology...and slow down dude! Enjoy your undergrad before you even begin to think about grad school! Once you get in to grad the party stops haha! But seriously that's cool youre already thinking about your future. An education is very important, particularly in this economy...

Re: Jumpseat to Storage Conversion...
UT was and is the best 7 years of my life........lol. Still there till December.
If you need to do some welding, I've got a Flux Core welder. I have the MIG conversion kit, I just need to find some cheap argon/Co2 tanks.
