Default Ac more powerful to the right (pass side), ideas?

My ac works "fine" really , i usually tend to leave my ac in one spot so that i dont need to move it around and my girlfriend rides with me all the time and she uses the her two vents and i use my two vents.

The question: why does the ac blow more powerful more to the pass side instead of split evenly or more to the drivers side ( the important side lol) i took the vents off to make sure i wasnt tripping out or something...and it does infact blow more powerful on the pass side...

my theory...the air blows from the drivers side in the engine bay to the pass side and as it hits the wall its directed towards the pass more than me....

any ideas? suggestions?

----------

oh and I DID do a search.

----------

OH btw, this is just from the center ac, not the sides which i dont care about since they are weak sauce anyway

the blower motor is located on the passenger side. i'm sure it loses "power" by the time it gets to the driver's side.

but the air for the passenger and the drivers side comes out of the SAME hole....(center ac above radio )

----------

sometimes the most stupid answer is the best...

are you sure the drivers side vent is open?

You can remove the bezel and take a look inside... is easy to remove and put back in place... maybe something is stuck on the interior of that vent... really crazy problem!

man this is crazy...

have you checked no plastic parts are broken or damaged inside the vents???

maybe a broken plastic "detours" the air flow to one of the vents...

no no ma! Ill follow this thread till you have this repaired!

This is totally absurd!!!!! Its the same damn hole!!!!!!!!!

What I can suggest it to remove the whole radio/a-c plastic bezels and take good look whats happening inside...

Ill re-check both vents closing system (dont know how they are called... but, you know what I mean, right?), re-check there are no obstacles and re-check there are no broken parts.

Please post pictures, detailed pictures of the vent... lets chase that damn midget who lives in your dash!!!!!
