Mine acts all goofy if one of the vents is closed. With exception of the far driver's side. It has amost no A/C but the center can freeze you out on Max A/C.

okay so closing the vents does not fix the problem however it does make both sides more powerful with, u guessed it the drivers side being weak lol

Yea I looked at mine today sorry it took so long busy day, but my drivers side is weaker too. The left side bezel vent is like 3/4's or 7/8's as powerful as the right side bezel vent. weird normally I just point them both on me

I would say so I don't really see how one could be stronger than the other but it is.

Good lord. 25 posts on this?!?

It is one air duct with two identical side by side vents. There are no dampers or louvers to control volume to one vent or the other. There is nothing to get in the way of one and not the other.

This is very simple. The way the air comes over, up, and around simply has it moving more towards the passenger side. Kind of like water splashing around in a water slide, it moves up and over and around and doesn't just stay in the middle all the time.

If you want to "adjust" this, put some black tape on the inside of the right vent to make its opening smaller.

I dont understand... mine blows the same air volume by the vents, or if theres a difference I really dont notice it :s

so we say its a design failure or what?
