LED lights near the pedals and inside headlights?

I dont know if they're LEDs but they look really cool and I want to know how to do them.

its super simple. buy some 6in led strips, wire them to the dome light or a switch, and stick them to the lower dash.

X2. You can also fix it to where all you have to do is plug them into one of your 12V outlets if your ranger is equiped with them and usually they have an on and off switch as well. I have seen some those here recently in various forms and different autoparts stores, including wally world. They call it a "mood lighting" kit or something of that nature.
