Default Clear Coat Finish?

Okay so I primed and painted some of the inside of my truck well all I will probly do I don't want to get carried away with the paint

but I was wondering how long I have to wait for paint to dry before I can apply the clearcoat protective finish

Modifications----> 20% side windows, 5%% Tinted rear window and front windsheild strip, , Diamond plated bed extender, Explorer sport Dome Light, Sony headunit, White Face Explorer Gauge Cluster.

when i painted my stereo bezel, i used a heat gun, so within twenty minutes i had 3 coats applied and another ten minutes for the clearcoat. I just applied the clear when the paint is still tacky but you fingerprint doesnt stay on the paint

ooh alright thanks man so how many coats of clearcoat did you apply?

i just applied the one, since i applied so many layers of paint, i didnt think it was necessary, I wanted it to look factory (so not overly shiny) so its really preferance.... I will post my bezel pic here in a sec...<





I will be doing the rest of my interior this saturday and i will def be using the same process
