That being said: of course it detracts from safety to some aspect, but if you roll a pickup at speed, your F*KED anyway without a cage.

Not entirely true. I've rolled mine at 65 and it wasn't crushed like that.

My glass roof came out of a 94 sunbird at the wreckers, just needed silicone adhesive... take a look at my pics

literally an hour and a half, and if you pull your headliner and make sure you have no wiring running through, the sunbird moonroof fits nicely in the space between the sun visors and the dome light on my truck....

I just wrote up a how-to on my install for anyone daring enough to go and install one like mine.... No leaks at all in the rain today!
A cheap and easy roof mod!
