Without even looking under there I can tell you that the Mustangs steering wheel mount/setup is significantly different and you'll have to keep your steering wheel and column and make a new mount/bracket/support that's gotta be effin' strong to hold it in place

i put one in my 93. it'll be a little different than a 95, but pretty much the same thing.

complete custom mounts. custom a-pillars, custom door panels, custom hvac, power windows are a must (window cranks hit the dash), 5 speed manual trans or a floor shifter auto (column shifter hits dash). i only had to trim about 1/2" off per side (it was just a little door jam filler) to get it in. steering column, there are two ways to approach it. modify the mounts of your 95+ ranger column, or bolt the mustang column to the mustang dash and change the wiring. the later is probably the easiest. they are very similar. that's probably the easiest part.

and then, there is all the rewiring of the head light switch, gauges, and hvac. it's a lot of work.
