Default Door panel removeal?

I have a '92 Ranger. The driver's side window will not roll up or down without help. I need to get the door panel off to fix it. Can some one tell me how to go about gettin the panel off?

You will need to take off the winding arm (If it's a manual winder) and that involves a long Torx 10 if I remember right, as well as two phillips screws, one in the door handle and one down below near the bottom of the door. After that you simply pull up on the panel with a bit of muscle and it should pop out.

this won't work on a 92. i don't know for sure where all the screws are, but should be one or two in the arm rest area, the window crank may have a screw, but it probably has a "c" clip in it. i think the actual panel is held on with some christmas tree clips. a panel removal tool will make them easier to et out.
