Default 93' Odometer

On my 1993 ford ranger the odometer reads 95172 then in white there is a 3 what does the 3 mean

the 3 in white is tenths of a mile. you have a 5 digit odometer, meaning it'll read all the way to 99,999 and roll back to all zero's at the next 100k mile reading. is yours really 95k or 195k? mine has over 200k (previous owner graciously kept track)
