I'd say a nice steak dinner with a red Merlot failing that, just don't take no for an answer.

It easier from the passengers side. Lean the seats all the way back... I know it's a PITA

Take out the seats. Four bolts per seat, plus the airbag sensor connector and save yourself some trouble, if the seats are getting in the way that is.

I just took my A pillars off, the visors all the little hooks etc. Turn the snap locks down on both side in the middle of the doors slide it over them and it came right out, also took the mirror off. Sitting in the seat slid it from the back forward.

i am assuming you have a 2 door ext cab. the last one we did at the shop, after everything (but the rear panels) were taken down, it was literally less than 30 seconds from getting it down to having it on the bench ready to strip. we don't even take out any of the rear trim. just loosen it up a little, slide the board to one side, take the other out. once it's out of the plastic, drop the driver side corner down under the steering wheel. with the seats leaned and slid back, it will slide right out the passenger door.

i would be careful about leaving those clamps on there. it's possible for the clamps to leave indents in the material that may not come out. we don't use anything along those lines. once our contact cement has become tacky, there really isn't any need for it.
