new gauges
how hard is it to change this
 to one of these  is there anyone thats done it before? i need a tac but i dont want one that sticks out like a aftermarket one.

excellent. is it just a bundle of wires you just unplug from the old one and plug into the new one?

Just unplug the wire harness and plug into new one.
