Hi, I get hot air from all vent settings except Max AC even with the coldest blue setting. Can I fix this myself?

i dont know alot on this but can you hear the blend door working? sometimes that can be a problem for people.

All hot air all the time is the broken blend door. It fails to full heat. The reason the heat stops on Max AC is that there is a valve the closes the hot water supply to the heater core in the max ac setting.

Do a search on here for blend door. Google too, lot of pictures of how to fix it.
