Default Has anyone used the Northern Tool overhead storage?

Has anyone here bought and installed the overhead storage shelf from Northern Tool? It suposedly mounts to factory holes thats already there. Anyone have a picture of it in their ranger? Im going to get it for my 1994 regular cab so i have a place to put my c.b and for more storage. Here is some pictures of my ranger. Also included is a stock photo from northern tool.

Blue Collar Comedy must not be making as much cash as it used to, damned economy.

As for the shelf. I've looked at that as well, i don't know how well it would fit up there, but if it works halfways decent, that extra storage would be AWESOME in a regular cab. Hopefully someone here has tried it out.

I would guess, based on the pictures, that the "existing holes" that it mounts to are those for the visor hardware (note, in the installation example picture, the visors are mounted to the bottom of the accessory shelf).

I would want to see one that was installed in person before I bought it. It looks like it might hang down too low and obscure some of the view out the windshield.

Here is a photo of the rifle it shelf from Northern Tool. It hangs down about 3 inches, but doesn't obstruct the view unless your looking for air planes. I also recovered my headliner while i was at it. Buying new sun visors and waiting to get them. Wire on the passenger side is for my c.b radio that will be mounted in the new shelf. Here is a few pictures...
