Default Can I Do This?

My Edge doesn't have power windows, locks, or mirrors. How difficult of a job would this be to swap out for power ones? I can get new door panels, wiring, motors, etc from my local salvage yard.

Dash wiring harness, and it is easier to change out the doors complete.
It takes 2+ hours to pull the dash without cutting any wires, then removing the harness from the dash add another hour +. Then you get to repeat the process again on yours, but it will go faster this time seeing as you just did it once and the second time is always faster. You could get lucky and find one with the right color dash. Then you get to put it all back together and put the new doors on. Then, unless you are real lucky, a paint job.
Buy another Ranger with the options you want!
Oh yes, how do I know how long it takes? I just gutted a 92 X completely with everything still intact so it could be used again, then removed the dash and wiring harness from a 90 B2 for the dash skin, then I put the wiring harness from the X into the B2 dash and installed that in an 86 B2.
Lots of fun!
If you do decide to go through this PIA, there is a "How to" about removing an X dash on another site. Let me know and I'll search it out for you.

Anything to do inside the doors is a PIA.
You will need the motors, the door panels complete, the wiring harness for the doors, and the wiring harness that goes from the door harness to which ever fuse block. The older X's went to the inside fuse panel and so I understand, the newer one go to a relay in the engine compartment fuse block. (that is what I have been told, don't rely on that)
If you are going to go through the hassle of putting any electrics in the doors, you may as well do the whole thing, but working inside the door is a real pain, you will need good light and a mirror.
I suggest you take a mirror, and go to the ASY and remove a door panel and look inside to see what you are going to have to do.
No matter what you end up putting in the doors, you will need part of the wiring harness, and if you are going to take part of one take it all, much easier in the end.
Note: the window motors are riveted to the doors, take a hammer, and punch with about a 1/8" pin on it and drive the center out of the rivet, (the centers don't come out real hard, so be a little gentle when you hit it). Then use a drill with a 1/4" bit to drill out the rivet.

Well before you decide to not do it, just see if you have the plugs for it.
Most vehicles end up having the harnesses, they are just not used. so see if you have any open plugs near the door, look at the fuse boxes in the cab and under the hood and see if you have wires coming out of them in the key locations.

Anything is doable. Just depends on how much you want it!
