On one forum im on (mp-pistol.com) this guy mounted his using a Blackhawk serpa holster to the underside of the dash... Make sure you have a concealed permit for this though also check vehicle carry laws in your state.

In His dodge Ram

Personally I keep a right hand serpa holster with the belt clip removed stuffed in between my 60/40 seats (this was before my CCP)

Now its glove box, center console, front seat, next to me. Pretty much in arms reach concealed or not. I make it more accessible when Im stopping alot, in a bad neighborhood or have cash on me. Never go anywhere with out my trusty sidekick...

Thank you for exercising your second amendment right.

btm-I have got a serpa holster for my Glock 19 and Ruger SR9. Those things are the best.

Nice M&P!

I have my CPL and your best best is to get the gun you think you would want to carry and try it. I would make it bigger then a 9mm just my .02 but once you get they one you will realize there are so many other guns that are lighter and can just fit right in your pocket.

I started with a Beretta 9000S, then moved to a Smith & Wesson Model M&P340 CT, Then on days when I work (armed guard) and going out after words i just carry my Glock Model 22 (best gun i ever bought)

The one I should have got was a m&p .40 reason I say that is then you can get a .357 barrel and a 9mm barrel and 9mm Magazine and then you pretty much have 3 different guns

I just have the 9mm but I got a heck of a deal on it

Thanks everyone who answered i have some thinking ahead of me yet as to what i am gonna do. All i know is it has to be right at hand when needed i dont want to fumble around for it. I had another thought for the back of the pass seat but not 100% sure yet

I will also be carrying a lil .22lr for the trap line but that will stay on my side or it will ride in the pass seat.
