is it very hard to take out and replace the carpet with a new carpet

Its not hard taking it out at all. Putting in aftermarket is a bit of a pain whether you glue it or not then trim it. If you get an OEM carpet its cake. The OEM is already formed and has all the necessary holes for seats, seat belts etc like this

Oh ok I sold one to another member here that I pulled from the junkyard and I can say it is easy taking them out and putting them in just dont force anything you may rip the rubber flooring

here are some pics of my rubber installed. didnt get any pics during. Note that the back is not the same as it came from a newer ranger. but I really dont care, just a plow/winter truck! lol

yeah front fit perfect. The hole that was there for the cup holder was a little larger than my boot. But I did not have the cup holder/boot combo, just the boot. So it gave me an excuse to get the full length console hehehehe.

I presume the rear was different because the seats come down from the back not the sides. But all is good. Is really works well and no more musty smell!!!
