fuel gauge doesnt work right
my fuel gauge doesnt work right it will say empty at a half two a quarter of a tank and i was wonderin what needs fixed

my buddy has a 1500 silverado 95 that had a similar problem. Turns out the wires from the sending unit in the tank had been rubbing/lost the wire coating. The wires would touch one another/frame and short out here and there. Maybe check your wires to the tank...?
