Default Bad fuse?

Today I noticed that my overhead light isnt working so I changed the bulb and nothing. All the wires are hooked up correctly. So on my way to work this morning I went to put on Cruise Control and it wasnt working either. The only thing I can think of is possibly a bad fuse? Does anyone know which fuse/or if there is a fuse for the light or cruise control?

It might be part of that gigantic PCM thing that we cant touch. I called ford and a few local dealerships. My best bet is to take it to them? I dont know. Kinda dead in the water here......

My dome light was connected to the same fuse as some of the instrument cluster, and the key in ignition chime. I think it was somewhere around number 26

I had a bad fuse in the fuse box under the hood. It was a 7.5 A fuse and I also had a blown fuse in the kicker panel on the passenger side which was a 20 A. After replacing both, my overhead light, horn and CC works.
