94 doesn't have an air bag. so no worry about that. cut the plug off the new airbag and reinstall it.
i don't know if it will work. it will all come down to whether or not the spline size is the same. if it physically will go on, getting your horn to work will be a challenge. 95+ use a clocks springs to power things like the horn, air bag, and cruise. i think the 94 and older just uses contacts on the back of the wheel for the horn and cruise.
if you have the wheel and have the time, try it. worst case it's not going to fit.
