Exclamation Leaking Interior

anyone else have leaking interior? i found rust holes in the bottom of my ford rangers passenger foot well. There was heavy rains the past two days and I found my truck's passenger foot mat in a puddle of water. My truck has a rubber mat with padding under the rubber and no carpet. Anyone else have this problem? I still have to confirm this is where the water is getting into my truck...aloha nick.
