Exclamation Dynamat in Door Question...(In progress)

Ok, multiple choice...

I am in the middle of installing Dynamat in my driver and passenger door. This may be a STUPID question, but should I (A)remove the "foamy/plasticy" cover that's already there?? (B) Do I install dynamat over it? (C) Do I install the Dynamat under it, then put the "foamy/plasticy" OEM cover back on after?

I'm also concerned about the foam "block" that's around my handle part.

Here is a picture what what Im talking about..

Thanks STL, guess it was a stupid question. It actually makes for a great template so I can mark my dynamat.

That factory stuff is not as thick as dynamat. As far as the foam thing around the window crank. I dont know what purpose it serves.

You will enjoy the dynamat I have heard good things about it.
