Default Removing back panel of single cab

I'm going to put some dynamat in the back of my truck Saturday....so Im going to take out the rear speakers....but I also want to remove that back panel next to the speakers. I'm assuming it will give me better access to the "chamber" between the panel and the very back of the cab.

I hope Im making myself clear...I stole a pic off the net to show what panel I mean. It seems to have a few plastic "tacks" the same color as the panel.

Has anyone removed this part? If so, how easy is it?

you will need to remove those clips in order to get the panel out. you may be able to get them out with a modded fork, but they are easy to break.

these are what i use almost daily to remove clips like that.
