I was adding some sound deadening to the inside of my front doors. While wiping down the inside of the passenger door cavity with denatured alchol, my towel picked up this part. Does anyone know what it is or where it goes? I looked around with a mirror, but couldn't see any place that was obvious. Maybe a power window motor cover or something?

There are 1 or two rectangular holes in the bottom of the door to let out water that appears to be a plug for one of them
