The seats came out of a 2 door Explorer, so I get some 98 or older tracks, bolt them to the expo seats and then they fit?

They should easily come out of your Ranger seats, mine had a bolt through the tensioner, or a but that went on a threaded pole, and just swap it into the expo seats (moding slightly might be necessary)

I was LIED TO.

97 tracks don't fit a 02' This one hole doesn't line up.

No way to (safely) attach the pretension either.

Unless someone can tell me some magical way to get a Ranger seatbelt pretensioner onto a 2Door explorer seat they're going back to the junkyard to be exchanged.

I saw a set of "okay" looking seats in a 99' Reg cab ranger. Still fucking 60/40 seats but OH WELL. I'll give it another week I think the JY was bringing out some new shit.

Only real issue is the drivers seat has some internal metal piece loose on the back side, but its not poking through the cloth or anything so probably fixable. The fold down armrest thing is gone too.

Will a center arm rest with cup holder fit 99' Ranger 60/40 seats? I forget what year I saw it in though.

I just looked at my seats & I've seen ppl say they are bolted onto my tracks but I just looked & the seats are riveted to my tracks, there are about 4-5 on just one side of my driver seat tracks. I thought I read somewhere that it was bolted to the tracks, maybe I misread what was said or looked at the wrong thing on my seat but I'm sure I looked at the right stuff. I'm just trying to figure it out. I'm wanting to change seats to bucket but want to make sure I have necessary info before going to jy & buying some that won't work without a lot of mods being done to it. I have a 93 reg cab xlt with 60/40 split bench seats.

Will 99-04 mustang seats fit in my ranger I have already done the 60/40 mod just want some newer seats. I have read you just have to put the mustang seats on my ranger tracks is that true? Have all Manuel seat tracks

I have a question about seat tracks, I'm looking to get some explorer leather buckets and I want to know if the 93-97 single cab tracks will bolt up fine or will I need to do a little modding, I searched and didn't find a clear answer

I've read 90% of this 30 plus page post, Thanks to all for your contributions.

I have a 2000 ranger Short cab that has buckets installed.

My local you pull it has a 2002 explo Sport with nice black leather buckets i want to swap for. the first pages says 03-05. Anyone know the difference?

Will this work if i can get my hands on some 93-97 ranger short cab bucket tracks?

My junk yard has a 95 short cab ranger with 60/40 a bench. I'm assuming this trucks tracks will not work?

My question is where can i find some 93-97 tracks for short cab and
if i find them with the EXplo sport 2002 seats fit with the donor tracks.
