Default Weak AC air flow - replaced blower & resistor?

I have a 2003 Ranger Tremor that has weak AC air flow through the vents. I have replaced the blower resistor and the blower - no difference. I can hear the blower motor go from low to high when I turn the fan control knob, but the air flow is weak until I hit HI then the air blows through. Could this be the blender door or actuator.

Any help appreciated.

Glenn

Upon further investigation, I have found that the new blower motor does not change speed as you increase the fan switch settings. I replace the blower resister with another new one - no change. I now believe it is the HVAC fan switch in the dash. Any comments?

Glenn

Hi Glenn, happy new year.
Its been quite a while here on the forum.
If you replaced the blower resistor and the blower itself, Id first try to clean all the electrical connectors.
If the problem persist, maybe is the knob controler, go to a JY and grab a new one.

Start with the most simple and cheap steps... clean the contacts on both, the knob and the blower motor resistor.

Is it on a particular setting outside of fan speed high thru low? Dash floor, defrost etc..
