Default Speed needle help for gauge swap

I am wanting to remove my odometer pack from the gauge to put in a new gauge cluster. I read in the how to guide about putting a battery on so that you can take a note of where the needle is before removal.

On my gauge cluster there are no 4 pins on the odometer. There is 4 pins eleswhere on the board.

My ? is, are those the right pins, if they are which ones are +,-'S
