Default adjusting non-tilt steering wheel

when i was tinkering around to adjust my shifter i saw a few things that might be able to adjust the wheel.

i have an 08 XL, and the steering wheel is just a lil too high, is there a bolt or nut under the steering wheel column cover that can move it?

I thought all Rangers had tilt steering wheels.

I have a sport, it doesn't have a tilt steering wheel, but it's at a comfortable height, so it doesn't bother me.

I've got an (abnormally) long torso lol... tilt is a must have for this one... otherwise steering wheels always conveniently block most of the instrument panel cluster. Neat.

this is the only option without swapping in a tilt unit, but you won't gain too much as the trim panels under the dash won't fit if you go too much.
