I am going to paint my radio bezel and would like to remove both of the ciggerete lighter ports. How can I do this without destroying the bezel?

It's glued in. You can re-glue it after, but that's a lot of trouble. When I painted mine, I bunched up some newspaper and put it in the socket. painted the edges of it but not the insides. Worked really well.

they are threaded, you can unthread it out. I would tape it off and then paint it
